Is Your Mobile Phone Smart Enough For You?
With technology improving at an extremely fast pace, consumers are constantly getting bombarded with the newest and the most high-tech products. And this is quite so true especially with mobile phones.
I remember a couple of years back when the most high technology mobile phones were those that were small and did not have an external antenna protruding somewhere. Now, mobile phones come with an assortment of features that has honestly gotten me confused. And with each day that passes and with each mobile phone that comes with really unique features, consumers are now having a hard time choosing what mobile phone should they own.
As a consumer, you should first be able to ask yourself what features you would like your mobile phone to have. It is of course very important that you answer that question. Should your new phone be a camera phone so you can take pictures while on the go? Should your mobile phone be able to sync easily with your personal computer? Should your mobile phone have a good amount of memory for storage? Should your mobile phone allow you access to the Internet? These are just a few of the questions you would need to answer.
Anders Runevad is the head of sales at Sony Ericsson and he disclosed that there are two types of mobile phone users in this statement: “There are two categories of phone users. Those who have time to kill: they want to fill it with entertainment, blogging, surfing and sharing with friends. And those who have time to create: they use office applications, calendar, e-mail.”
