So now that you already have your very own blog, you now want to make sure that it looks appealing to the readers. You decide that you do not want it to be unlike any other. You think that your blog is just a little too plain for your own taste and you think that could affect the number of readers going to your blog.

One of the best ways to spruce up the look of your blog is by using images. Most blog hosting sites allow its users to add in images and videos. That would be one of the easiest ways of changing the look of your blog. However, there are some things that you should keep in mind when you are using images on your blog.

Keep in mind that the images that you should add to your blog should be something that fits the content of your blog. For example, if you own a blog on cats, you surely would not want to post around ten different images of guitars. The guitar images may look nice (as they are currently one of your favorite things aside from cats) but they are not in any way related to your cat blog.

Unless your blog is a photo blog, then it would be quite unwise to put in all those images in. Just choose which among the images you like would make your blog look better. The thing is, if you put in all those images, you might end up cluttering your blog instead.
